1. About Aurum Wellness

Aurum Wellness is a private dental and aesthetics clinic offering a range of services including general dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, cosmetic procedures, facial aesthetics, and wellness care. Services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with Greek and EU regulations.

2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for legitimate medical, legal, or ethical reasons.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

a) Booking

Appointments can be made online, via email, phone, or in person. Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking.

b) Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to attend without notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

c) Medical Emergencies

In the case of genuine emergencies, we may waive cancellation charges at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

a) Treatment Costs

All treatment plans will include transparent pricing before commencement. Quotes may change if additional procedures are required. Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

b) Payment Terms

We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

c) Deposits & Refunds

Some procedures require non-refundable deposits. Refunds are only provided if treatments are cancelled in accordance with our policy and no costs have been incurred.

5. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are performed based on clinical need and professional assessment. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. While we strive for excellence, no results can be guaranteed.

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions and medications. Failure to do so may impact your treatment outcome and safety.

6. Dental Tourism & International Patients

If you are travelling from abroad for treatment:

We recommend scheduling adequate recovery time before return travel.
Aurum Wellness is not responsible for travel disruptions or visa issues.
Follow-up care is the responsibility of the patient if treatment is completed and you return to your home country. Online follow-ups are available.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials — is the property of Aurum Wellness and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this website without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:
